Can safely afford $1000 rent plus utilities
Seeking a rental house with a fenced yard for myself and my 8 pets.
Employment: Remote worker at same company for 4.5 years (stable income).
Rent History: NEVER late, NEVER evicted. Can provide letters from past landlords.
Pets: 8 pets. 4 med to small dogs and 4 adult cats. They are never left unsupervised as I work from home. Need fence for safety only.
Credit: Currently in Chapter 13 (divorce-related). Plan is active and payments are current. Willing to explain and show proof.
I am looking for a place to stay long-term. I understand some landlords may hesitate, but my payment history and job stability speak louder than a temporary credit dip.
