I'm a retired single man with small travel trailer that I have lived in for 20 years. Renting space currently on a friend's property near the Liberty school last 4 years.
I would be happy to stay here however I have a woman living 15 ft from me on same property. She is a extremely undesirable neighbor and the landlord has a soft spot for her and won't get rid of her. So I would like to move somewhere in the Liberty area. Preferably on land owners that are near or at retirement age.
I have SS income and I am NEVER late with rent. I'm quiet and peaceful and rarely have guests. I'm quite handy to have around.
In addition to paying rent I'm willing to do light lawn maintenance or help caring for livestock.
I'm in good health and do not require any type of assistance.
