Balancer hybrids offer a simple/powerful way to maintain hybrid vigor in your cowherd. Balancers combine Angus calving ease, moderate mature size, and marbling with Gelbvieh growth, muscle, fertility, and milk production to add pounds to your calves.
Crossbreeding remains one of the most effective tools for improving herd performance. The longevity and fertility advantages in crossbred cows adds hybrid vigor, improves maternal traits, enhances weaning weights, and extends productive lifespans. Producers can build a more productive and efficient herd
