I have quail babies actively hatching. If you'd like to get into quail, and have birds ready to eat in 8 to 10 weeks quail is the way to go. Once fully feathered they do great during winters here. They are coturnix, I have multiple colors and I do not keep colors separate. They are 2 dollars each.
Hatching eggs 5 dollars a dozen. Buy 2 dz get one dz. free

I also have quail egg scissors for purchase as well. If you plan on using your eggs for food in the future, these scissors make it quick and easy to Crack the large end of those tiny eggs. They are 2.00 a pair.
