All posts are 6x6 treated on 10' centers, 2x6 wall gert boards on 24" spacing, 2x8 band boards inside and outside, 2x6 engineered trusses on 5' centers, 2x4 roof boards on 24" spacing to tie the trusses together, then the doors will be hung and then it will be metaled.

Included in build: materials, labor, 1-36" walk thru door, 4" concrete slab with fiber and moisture barrier.

40X40X10 $35,000 That's delivered and built with concrete!
