Our Machine Operor Trainee/Utility position is an entry level role with the expection th self-motived individuals will advance into progressively skilled positions.

Wh you will do:

• Successful applicants may be trained to function in a variety of positions, including cleanup and opering machinery, forklifts or other equipment as assigned by the supervisor.
• Possess or have demonstred the capability to opere machine center assigned area and/or reled equipment efficiently productive res without assistance.
• Possess or have demonstred the capability to know and meet all quality specificions for assigned area and/or reled equipment.
• Supporting our culture of safety by adhering to mill safety policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Wh you need to be successful:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to work outdoors in all temperures in loud, high volume environments performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position which includes walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs, bending and lifting-up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, work in eleved work areas and tight close spaces.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check, drug screen test and physical.

• Ability to perform all tasks in accordance with West Fraser safety policies and procedures to include performing safety observions, opere equipment according to safe work procedures and follow Zero Energy procedures.
• Must be willing to perform all job assignments in an effective and timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work roting shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Minimum of six (6) months in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
