I’m looking for a reliable photographer to take clear, high-quality photos of a vacant land parcel located in Fort Smith, AR. The land is 0.48 and the photos will be used for marketing the property online.
You will need to use the LandGlide app (free trial available) to capture the property boundary lines. I will provide the APN number and all necessary details for locating and photographing the parcel accurately.
Requirements:
• A camera or smartphone capable of taking sharp, high-resolution photos
• Ability to use the LandGlide app to capture property boundaries (instructions provided)
• Reliable and able to deliver the full set of photos within 1 day of visiting the property
What to Capture:
• Boundary Line Photos: Using the LandGlide app, take photos showing the outline of the land
• Wide-Angle Shots: Clear views of the lot from different angles
• Close-Ups: Photos of unique land features (trees, slopes, utilities, pathways, etc.)
• Surrounding Area: Photos of nearby streets, landmarks, or anything relevant to location attractiveness
• Place a sign indicating the property is for sale.
Deliverables:
• 30–40 clear, well-lit photos
• jpg or png format, delivered via Google Drive, Dropbox, or email
