$500 each, price firm. Saving $2500. Two burial plots together in Woodlawn Memorial Park on Stateline Road in Fort Smith Ar. The manager said it's hard to find two together. If you only need one plot, you can sell the second one or both for a nice profit.
They are located in The Garden of Faith section. As you drive into the cemetery you take a left and they are about halfway down on the left side about two rows back.
They are right beside the headstone that reads REPLOGLE.
The cemetery charges a transfer fee that I believe is $125 to the buyer for a change of ownership.
Cash only at the time of purchase and transfer.
Don't bother calling if you're a scammer. Cash transaction at the office at time of transfer only. No exceptions.
