I would like to exchange this place for an accomodation in Forth Smith or around Fort Smith. I am a documentary film professionnal, I need to spend some time in Fort Smith to conduct some research. Therefore, I'd like to find a place to stay for 10 days or two weeks, according to your possibilities. I would like to do that in February or March 2010. But my dates are very flexible, and as i'm not very often using the flat i'm sure i can arrange to have it available for you when you need it, even if it is before or after my stay in Fort Smith.
My place is a small flat (9 square metters), i used to live there when i was a student in Paris, now i'm using it when i come to Paris for a few days (I work in central France). It is very convenient. It's on the second floor. The window has double glass and the street is not very noisy. There is a separate bathroom with a shower, a little sink and toilets. It's equiped with a convertible sofa, a little fridge, a microwave oven, a TV and CD/DVD player.
The neighborhood is just awesome. The Pantheon, The Sorbonne, Libraries, Film theaters, the Seine, the Latin Quarter, everything is so close from rue Lacepede. Up the street (1 minute walking) is the wonderfull "Place de la Contrescarpe" and "Rue Mouffetard", with all the cute cafés for afternoon farniente and strolling. Down the rue Mouffetard, there is a wonderful market in the morning. Another market is on Place Monge, few times a week. A supermarket is 20 seconds away, and Picard (frozen food) 15 seconds away. Just in dront of the door you'll find a "Velib" point, to rent and park your bicycle. Down the rue Lacepede is the "Jardin des Plantes", a unique large park with flowers, perfect for going jogging. One minute from the flat is another astonishing little park, "Les arenes de Lutece", perfect for reading in the springtime sun.
